- Do not upload any images of illegal activity.
- Do not upload inappropriate images (use your common sense!).
- Do not upload any images that are copyrighted to anyone other than yourself.
Section 4: Premium Membership
- Premium membership is referred to as 'Gold Membership' on the site.
- Premium membership is an optional upgrade which unlocks extended access to the sites features.
- Premium membership is a subscription service which will debit your payment-card every month until you cancel the subscription (you can cancel your subscription via the ‘Account’ section).
- Upon paying for premium membership (by either entering your card details or by subscription automatic renewal) your account will automatically be upgraded. Refunds are not available, even if you decide to close your account before your premium period is over.
- In the event that the service is unavailable for longer than a 12 hour period, your premium membership period will be extended to compensate for the down-time.
- We implement 3D secure to ensure you are the card holder.
- We use a hosted payment service provided by paypoint.net to offer you maximum security.

- The datingnode platform connects its sites together, this means your profile may be visible to users (not the general public) of other datingnode operated sites.
- The service may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance, upgrades or reasons out of our control.
