If you've previously removed your account and now wish to recover it, please follow the steps below:
- Access the "Recover profile tool" that is available via the "Login difficulties page"
- Enter the email address linked to the deleted profile and click "Send recovery email"
- After a few seconds the email should be in your inbox. If it's not there, it could be in your spam folder.
- Click the link in the email to reactivate your profile
